Custom Cuisine was created with the passion and desire to make delicious food, that utilizes the bounty available at local farmers markets, accessible to all. Owner and personal chef Monique Coleman has an enthusiasm for cooking and is committed to serving others through impeccable food that entices all senses. Her love of the freshest food of the season is complemented with beauty created when these bites are shared in moments that include the ones you love. This stems from her large family background where the best moments occurred around the dinner table with great food and wonderful company. Chef Monique is excited to witness similar experiences as she serves her clients and their guests.
